We guarantee complete satisfaction.  If upon delivery, without prior viewing, the customer is not completely satisfied, a full refund is offered, provided we are notified in writing within seven days and the item is returned in its original condition.  The customer is responsible for all carriage costs.  We can not offer refunds on bespoke (furniture & kitchens) orders unless final dimensions do not match plans provided.  In the unusual circumstances a piece gets damaged in transit we aim to deliver a replacement within two weeks.

Timber is a natural material and will adapt to its environment, generally it is the humidity levels that affect it.  To ensure minimal movement we store our timber in a custom built drying room.  This reduces the humidity levels in the wood to 8 - 12 %.  This should stop any movement when placed in a room with an average temperature of 20 degrees.   If you have a very dry home some movement will occur in the timber, some customers will accept this as character.  However if the movement is unacceptable, we will repair or replace the item.

Payments can be made by cash, cheque or electronic transfer (internet banking).  We take a 50 % deposit.  Invoices must be settled upon delivery.  All items supplied remain the property of Treen Design until payment is received in full. We do not accept credit cards.

Please accept that the colour of the furniture in the photos may well look different on each individual monitor, therefore we can not guarantee the colour you see on your computer monitor is exactly the same as the finished article.  To overcome this we can provide samples of your favoured timber and finish.

We are currently not VAT registered, but may have to register at the start of the next financial year, April 2008.
